  • How and where do you deliver?

    Currently we deliver within Dubai city limits Only. We are working on expanding our network to include other Emirates as well.

  • What are your delivery timings ?

    We have two delivery windows depending on your convenience for orders placed a day in advance. Our customer service team will contact you to re-confirm time and delivery location.
    2pm to 6pm – Saturday to Thursday
    6pm to 10pm – Saturday to Thursday
    We do not deliver on Fridays .

  • Can I order products for same day delivery ?

    Currently we are offering only ‘next day’ delivery but are working on starting a ‘ Same Day delivery’ service.

  • What happens if I’m out when my order is delivered?

    Our customer service will contact you once you have placed your order to reconfirm delivery time and delivery location. In the event that you are absent at the time of delivery, we will ship you the order at a time convenient to you. You will need to pay a shipping charge of AED 10.

  • Can I have my order delivered to an address other than my home address?

    Yes. We will deliver anywhere within Dubai city limits to the delivery address given on your order.

  • What is your refund and return policy? What if I am unhappy with the product purchased?

    Product must be returned in the condition they were received

  • What are your delivery charges?

    All deliveries above AED 50 are Free of Charge. For orders below AED 50 we charge AED 10 as shipping charges.

  • What is the minimum order quantity or value?

    There is no minimum order quantity or value.

  • Can I amend my order, or change the delivery date?

    You cannot amend the order once placed. However, you can cancel the order at any time (check Return & Refund Policy).
    To amend the order, you must cancel the previous order and place a new order.

  • What are my payment options?

    We accept all locally issued Credit Cards (Visa & MasterCard Only), Debit Cards (With online payment facility) or you can pay Cash on Delivery .

  • Will I receive a confirmation after placing an order?

    As soon as you have completed payment after placing the order, you will receive an email with an Invoice stating items and price . A copy of this invoice will also be presented to you at the time of delivery.

  • What should I do if my credit/debit card is refused when placing an order?

    Please contact your bank immediately. Alternatively, you can place an order for Cash on Delivery.

  • How do I know my credit card information is safe? Is your website secure?

    We do not retain your credit card information (Please see our privacy policy). During your payment process, you are redirected to the banks secure networks and redirected to our website once the payment is complete.

  • How can I place my order with pifp.ae?

    • Log in with the email and password you used on registering an account with pifp.ae
    • Browse through the available categories and add products to cart.
    • Click on check out and choose your payment method.
  • What if I’ve forgotten my password?

    Don’t worry. If you have forgotten your password, you can always retrieve it by performing the following steps:

    • Click on the Login/Register head on the top right hand corner of your browser.
    • Scroll down and you will then see the text “Forgot your password?” Click on this text.
    • You will then be redirected to another page.
  • How do I cancel my order?

  • Why is the website slow? Why does the website not load on my browser?

    This may be because of the browser compatibility issue. Upgrade to the latest version of Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Opera or other standard web browsers for better viewing experience. Disable the pop-up blocker for this page.
